No-knead, crusty rounds — jalapeño-cheddar, cinnamon, blueberry & classic. Baked fresh.

Hi, I'm Rochelle — my grandkids call me Manna. From my home kitchen I bake real artisan & sourdough bread, put up small-batch jam and 15 flavors of pepper jelly, and teach hands-on bread classes. Made by hand, the old-fashioned way.

No-knead, crusty rounds — jalapeño-cheddar, cinnamon, blueberry & classic. Baked fresh.

Naturally leavened, slow-fermented and baked to a deep, crackly crust. Worth the wait.

Soft, buttery-topped loaves — perfect for toast and freezer jam. Minis are great for small households.

15 flavors — top sellers Peach-Mango-Habanero, Blackberry-Jalapeño & Cherry-Pomegranate-Jalapeño. Sweet, tart, a little heat.

Bright, fruit-forward and barely cooked, in half-pint tubs. Keeps up to a year in the freezer.

Shelf-stable canned jams — razzleberry, tropical, triple-berry and more, put up by hand.

A crunchy, zesty mix that wakes up sandwiches, burgers and salads.

Dill pickles (spicy & mild, with garlic & peppercorn), dilly beans and pickled red onions.

Soft, spiced oatmeal cookies hugging a pillow of cream filling. A booth favorite.

Extra-thick, buttery and caramel-rich — the ooey-gooey kind you can't put down.
In Manna's Kitchen
Small groups, real food, real connection. You'll learn the tips and tricks, get your hands in the dough, and leave with something of your very own. No experience needed.

For people who love homemade bread but don't have hours to spend. Learn my simple artisan method, make your own dough to take home, and enjoy fresh bread together before you go.

The whole sourdough process, start to finish — fermentation, starter care, shaping, cold proofing and baking a beautiful loaf at home. You'll make, name, and leave with your very own sourdough start.
"The kitchen has always been my happy place."
Meet Manna
Many know me as "Manna" — a name lovingly given to me by my 16 adorable grandkids. I was raised in a big family of eight siblings, where life revolved around faith, family, and the kitchen. My mom spent countless hours cooking, baking, and canning the produce from our garden, and some of my fondest memories were built around our kitchen table.
From a young age we learned to cook, bake, garden, and preserve — not as a chore, but as a way of caring for the people we love. Manna's Kitchen grew out of that lifelong love. What I enjoy most is sharing those skills with others: there's nothing like watching someone light up after pulling their first loaf of bread from the oven.
My hope is to help you find confidence, joy, and connection in your kitchen, too. 🧡
